The marina Frapa is becoming one of the main centers for the organization of memorable weddings. Following the latest global standards of wedding receptions; we offer numerous locations and facilities in our marina in order to create a beautiful story that you and your guests will never forget.

The marina Frapa has prepared also gifts for the day you will remember for a lifetime: a champagne pyramid, a welcome drink, a gift for the bridal couple, a ceremonial sail into the haven of marriage on the sailing boat Frapa as well as an apartment specially prepared for the bridal couple.

For a memorable beginning of the most beautiful day in the life of the bridal couple, we organize a symbolic „sail into the haven of marriage“ on the sailing boat of the marina Frapa. This moment, which is at the same time a surprise for the guests, takes place at the beginning of the celebration when the guests are gathering at the marina.

The festively decorated sailing boat Frapa brings the bridal couple to the official pier covered with flowers where the guests are waiting for them. A special moment is certainly the appetizer served as a big glass pyramid with the excellent “Frapa“ champagne flowing down its sides.

The marina's ambience is perfect for taking memorable pictures. At this point we would like to point out the fantastically decorated (just for this occasion) outdoor pool area where the light show at the fountain creates magical and unforgettable moments.

The reception is continued only a few meters away in the ballroom and we are especially proud of it in the marina Frapa. The spacious hall with round tables, unique floral decorations, a large stage with dance floor, a unique (shining) table for the bridal couple, the latest audio-visual equipment and a breathtaking view are the guarantee of the most pleasant and beautiful ambience you can imagine.

We are aware that everything above mentioned would not be enough for your unforgettable night without a professionally chosen, tastefully prepared and nicely decorated menu. The most experienced chefs, who are working in collaboration with the manager of food & beverages, will create together with you a menu that will concerning taste and quantity satisfy all your guests.

Of course, we are presenting the bridal couple who is wanting a little bit of privacy after the unforgettable celebration, an overnight stay in a specially prepared and uniquely decorated apartment in our hotel.

COLD STARTERS
COURSE – prosciutto, cheese, French salad, octopus salad

WARM STARTERS
COURSE –soup (à la Zagorje – with meat and potatoes)
COURSE – black risotto and veal risotto (half/half)

MAIN COURSES
COURSE –veal medallions with mushrooms, Pašticada (stewed beef dish cooked in special sauce) with gnocchi (half/half)
COURSE - sorbetto – refreshing drink (digestive)
COURSE – roasted lamb

COURSE – veal roulade with side dish (or stuffed breast of veal)

MAIN COURSES
COURSE – rump steak with mushroom sauce and potatoes au gratin with vegetables
COURSE - sorbetto – refreshing drink (digestive)
COURSE - spit roast: lamb or suckling pig

 

 IV.  FISH MENU


WELCOME APPETIZER

COLD STARTERS
COURSE – tuna pate
    - cheese cream
    - marinated anchovies
    - fish in aspic (served on trays)
COURSE – Greek salad
    - mixed salad with shrimps

WARM STARTERS
COURSE – gnocchi with scampi/black risotto (half/half)
COURSE – pasta with seafood
COURSE - scallops-  San Jacques

MAIN COURSES
COURSE – monkfish medallions in wine sauce with tagliatelle
COURSE- sorbetto – refreshing drink (digestive)
COURSE – stew of various types of fish with polenta
 
V. SWEETS: festive cake, different other cake, fruit and cookies (according to prior agreement)

Note: the menus are not strictly defined and can be changed according to your wishes, but in this case also the price will change.

We are decorating as standard in agreement with you. Additional requests are charged separately.

TERMS OF PAYMENT  - 30 % in advance, 7 days after reservation
        - rest of the amount after the wedding
        - in case of cancellation the amount paid in advance is non-refundable
